These Referral Program terms and conditions ("Referrals”) govern your use of Zapptax's referral program. Your use of the Referral Program shall be subject to Zapptax's Terms and Conditions.

As the Referrer: The Referral Program allows you to benefit from a financial incentive that is linked to a first validated trip on the app by each "Referred" you refer.

Each Referrer has an individual Referral Code linked to their account. Each Referrer can only have one account on the app. To become a Referrer, the Referrer has to share their code with a Referred.

Each Referred can only have one account on the app. The Referred has to upload their Referrer code in the app. In order for the Referral Code you have entered to be applied to you, you must meet the eligibility criteria.

The Referrer's Referral Code financial incentive can only be claimed once the Referred has validated their first trip on the app for a minimum tax-free form amount of 100€.

Referral Code may have an expiry date or reason, which refers to the date or reason after which a Referral Code can no longer be entered in the app.

You must be a registered Zapptax user in order to share a Referral Code with a friend.

As a Referred, you can enter a Referral Code in the Zapptax app when you register yourself under the 'Promo code' section. If you are already registered but have never completed a valid trip, enter the code under the "Promotions" section. Once entered, your Referral Code will be linked to your profile and will be applied to the first trip where all eligibility criteria are met.

If your Referral Code is eligible, you will find it in the "Referrals" section in the app.

Referrers and Referred individuals can claim their financial incentive at any time. Zapptax reserves the right to make the payment within three months of the request.
Referred: If the amount of your first trip is less than €5, your referral compensation will be equal to the amount of this first trip.
