On rare occasions, the reimbursement of our monthly VAT credits by the tax authorities may be delayed by a few weeks or we are faced with a very high volume of requests (summer, end-of-year holidays). The reimbursement may then take a few additional days or weeks.

These constraints and fluctuations do not allow us today to commit to a fixed and constant refund time frame.

Your refund is guaranteed once your tax-free form has been electronically validated (or once you have uploaded a picture of your stamped tax-free form).

Since our launch in 2017, we have refunded without exception all validated tax-free forms submitted to us.
