You can add a promo code when creating your ZappTax account or at a later time.

Follow these simple steps to enter your promo code in the account creation form before creating your account:
Go to the sign-up page on our app and start the account creation process.
Fill in the required information, such as your “email” and “password”, in the designated fields, ensuring that all the details are accurate.
Next, you will find the "Promo Code" field. Enter the promo code you received exactly as it was provided to you. Double-check for any uppercase or lowercase characters and any special symbols that may be part of the code.
After entering the promo code, you can click the "Create an Account" button to submit your account creation request.
Add a promo code at a later time
To add your promo code, go to your account and navigate to the "promotions" section.
How to apply a promo code?
You can apply a promo code to your trip using either of the following methods:
Accessing the refund amount on the trip details page, you will easily find the section where you can select the promo code you wish to use.
You can also choose the promo code when requesting your tax-free form. During the process, you will come across a specific field where you can select the promo code you wish to use.
Notes:
The validity and conditions of use of each promotional code may vary, so it is always best to consult the information or instructions that accompany it.
Please also note that the promo code will only be granted if all the conditions to apply the promo code on the trip are respected after the validation of the tax-free form(s) by the customs.
